Work place mediation

Civil mediation is a voluntary and confidential process where individuals in a legal dispute work with a neutral third party—a mediator—to reach a resolution outside of court. In many jurisdictions, mediation is a required step under court procedure rules. At Building Consensus, we’re equipped to provide mandatory mediation services with the goal of helping you fully resolve employment and civil disputes efficiently and respectfully.

She brings valuable insight and support to Self-Government initiatives with experience in Nation Goverance and Law Drafting - Dee also shares her love for Indigenous cooking as a way to connect culture, tradition, and community.

Ms. Adsit brings over 20 years of litigation experience and a deep understanding that people thrive when conflicts are resolved through dialogue—not court orders. As a proud member of the Tahltan and Tlingit First Nations, she believes strong communities begin with strong individuals coming together, listening, and finding common ground.

J. Albert Angus, from Thunderchild First Nation, brings deep knowledge of Treaty and Land Claims and plays an active role in Tribunal services to resolve community conflicts.
